Now that you have created a request, it's time to access it.
At the top right corner on the homepage, click on the pointing down arrow next to your name. This will expand a small menu.
Next, click on the "Requests" button, this will open a new window. The three headings on there are "My requests", "Requests I am CC'd on" and "Organisational requests".
- Under "My requests" you will be able to see the requests opened by you
- Under "Requests I am CC'd on" you will see tickets opened by other users, but in which you have been CC'd
- Under "Organisational requests" you will be able to find all requests within your organisation
